Dr. Sheryl Chua is currently a senior lecturer at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). She is an industrial-organizational psychologist specializing in leadership assessment and employee engagement. Her research interests are organizational psychology, well-being and understanding the dynamics of the ageing workforce.
